Charrou is a family roast house built by third-generation founder Joey and her dad, Tommy. After leaving a 6-figure job, Joey brought her Cantonese heritage back to the kitchen where Tommy had stood for 30 years.

Every slab honors that legacy: 48-hour marinades, twice-trimmed cuts, and small-batch roasting with no shortcuts. From a humble hilltop stall to your table, we believe good roast craft is worth the wait.

What's the difference between fresh and frozen?

Our fresh roasts are made-to-order and delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our frozen staples are the same craft, blast-frozen and vacuum-sealed for your convenience, available for delivery any day of the week.

How long can I store the meats?

For fresh roasts, it is best to consume within the same day. Our frozen staples can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Check our reheating guide for the best preparation methods.

Will my order be pre-cut?

No, orders are uncut to preserve juiciness. The roasted meat's skin will be pre-scored for easy cutting, and we provide cutting guides for your convenience.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

We offer island-wide delivery across Singapore. Enjoy free delivery on all orders above $90! A flat delivery fee of $12 applies to orders below $90.
